Malalay

I went for my very first ultra sound today after finding out I was pregnant and I was very nervous. I wasn’t sure what to expect and I was a little nervous to see the ultra sound of my baby. Malalay did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and walking me through everything she was doing. The room was clean and organized. It was a great experience and I will definitely go back to her.

Great employee

I came today for the first time with my family for my first ultra sounds for baby #2! The receptionist Shania was so kind and so helpful! She explained everything in detail before we went in! She answered all our questions and was so patient with my daughter there! I’ve never dealt with such a kind and helpful receptionist before thank you! Will definitely come back for more!

Really good and Prompt service

We called this lab and Shanaya was really helpful in booking a meeting for same day. We went there and service was really quick. Thank you so much for opening on Sundays as well.

Great first ultrasound

As a person who has never had an ultrasound done, Jasmine made me feel comfortable and informed about the ultrasounds that she performed. Amazing and nice staff!

Ultrasound: Outstanding Patient Care by Jasmin(e)

Jasmin(e) was my ultrasound technician a few weeks ago and was phenomenal. She was incredibly thorough, professional, knowledgeable, attentive, kind and had a great sense of humour. She was absolutely wonderful...a model character in medical practice! Michelle, the receptionist at Bellesmere Clinic booked me right away-the staff was great!

Hello Bhadresh,  To begin we would like to thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback, your response is appreciated.  We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced in the process of obtaining your Medical Imaging. Regarding obtaining copies of your Medical Imaging, the process varies depending on what you are requesting.  If you are requesting your Medical Imaging Report only, our facility does not charge for reports and always provides to our patients free of charge. Patients are entitled to have copies of their medical imaging report as per Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) so you are certainly correct. If you are just looking for your report feel free to let us know and it would be our pleasure to forward them to you.  If you are looking to obtain the images of your assessment conducted, we are partnered with Pocket Health. We advise our patient to use Pocket Health as it uses the same encryption standards as banks and federal governments for all imaging transfers and is in full compliance with all  Canadian health data privacy and security requirements. As you mentioned Pocket Health does have a service fee included, however if you are concerned with the reliability of Pocket health there is nothing to worry about as over 600 imaging centers use Pocket Health.  If you have any further questions feel free to let us know we would be more than happy to help.
