I went to get an ultrasound done on April 28th 2024. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time. When i arrived reception was very helpful and nice. My experience however with the doctor was very negative and completely unprofessional. I was instructed to go use the bathroom before my ultrasound. This clinic was running behind schedule so the doctor thought she would take this out on me by yelling at me for taking to long in the bathroom according to her. After yelling at me i tired to leave due to feeling uncomfortable and when trying to leave she grabbed my arms and tried to block the door so i was trapped in a very small room feeling unsafe. Putting hands on me is unsafe for both me and staff. I was later told to change into a medical rope and without knocking she opens the change room to expose my naked body to others in the clinic Both men and women were in the clinc at this time. This made me extremely uncomfortable as i am someone with an anxiety disorder which i did disclose in our appointment more then once. I will never be coming back here. Bedside manners are completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I was referred by my OB/gyn to visit here. First of all, its so easy go get appointments specially on weekends . Staff is so nice and patient. I have been coming almost weekly for ultrasound and Sadaf is taking care of me. She is so professional and doing great job. The bed where we lay down for ultrasound is super comfortable. The clinic itself is always neat and clean. Great job!!

I have had the privileged of seeing different specialists (x-rays, ultrasounds etc at Premier Diagnostic Network. The staff, including the receptionists, offer A-one service. They’re professional, but put you at ease with their quiet voices, smiles, and knowledge. My family doctor highly recommended this clinic and I’m at ease knowing I have a safe place to go for help. I had an X-ray & ultrasound performed on my right wrist today. When I arrived early at the X-ray clinic, the receptionist immediately told me I was late, then corrected herself when I confirmed my appointment time. Then while the ultrasound technician was performing the ultrasound, she would direct me (quite abruptly) to move my wrist to a different position while still having the machine in contact with my arm restricting my motion. Very peculiar experience.
