I had an X-ray & ultrasound performed on my right wrist today. When I arrived early at the X-ray clinic, the receptionist immediately told me I was late, then corrected herself when I confirmed my appointment time. Then while the ultrasound technician was performing the ultrasound, she would direct me (quite abruptly) to move my wrist to a different position while still having the machine in contact with my arm restricting my motion. Very peculiar experience.

You also did highlight some aspects with our technologist which could provide valuable feedback to their area of practice. I went for my very first ultra sound today after finding out I was pregnant and I was very nervous. I wasn’t sure what to expect and I was a little nervous to see the ultra sound of my baby. Malalay did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and walking me through everything she was doing. The room was clean and organized. It was a great experience and I will definitely go back to her.

I came today for the first time with my family for my first ultra sounds for baby #2! The receptionist Shania was so kind and so helpful! She explained everything in detail before we went in! She answered all our questions and was so patient with my daughter there!
I’ve never dealt with such a kind and helpful receptionist before thank you! Will definitely come back for more!
