unprofessional

I came to this clinic to get an appointment, the staff at the front desk don't even know what they are doing and kept calling someone to figure out what to do. they don't even understand English. I waited for 5 minutes before leaving to a nearby clinic and quickly getting these services done. Was that so hard!?? Incompetent staff.
